Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

At Wasilaah, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible 🇦🇪 UAE DELIVERY  🇦🇪.

Ready-to-Ship Items (Trees, Pots, Accessories) : Many of our products are in stock and can be delivered within 1 to 3 business days inside the UAE.

Special Bigger Items (eg. Shoe racks): Some items are crafted. For these, delivery may take up to 30 business days but not a must, it might be ready.

But good news — most orders ship much sooner!

We always aim to dispatch items earlier whenever possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive updates by email or WhatsApp with your estimated delivery time.

No price changes after placing your order

International Buyers other than residents in UAE. We are glad to hear that you are interested in purchasing a Wasilaah product! As an international buyer, you may be subject to additional duties and taxes due upon arrival. These duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee.
